1 fragmentary paper folio, 296 x 225, later cut in half. Apparently the only surviving remnant of a choirbook. Modern pencil foliation, 1-2, numbers upper and lower halves of original leaf as separate folios. Fragments now preserved in modern blue paper folder. Copied by a single scribe. Staff height 16. No initials or decoration.

Late 15th or early 16th century. Probably of south German origin. Note in modern hand indicates manuscript came to present library from St. Zeno Augustinian monastery (in Bad Reichenhall, southern Bavaria).

No literature.
