Copied by a single scribe; other folios from same manuscript, copied by the same scribe, are now in PragNM X A 6. Copied in Cesky Krumlov.

Folios are remnants of larger musical manuscript, disassembled and used as binding material in 16th century; other folios from same manuscript now in PragNM X A 6. Black mensural notation. Copied by a single scribe, who also wrote folios in PragNM X A 6. Inked Gothic initials.

Second half of 15th century (HorynaHH). Copied in Cesky Krumlov.
