A strip cut from the bottom of a bifolium. Written space 109 mm wide; frame rules and text guides. Written in England (?). Used as a strip to protect the end quire in an unidentified book, possibly in the University Library, Aberdeen (another fragment in MS 2379, from a probably 13th century antiphoner containing the Proper of the Saints for January, may have been used in the same book) There are some. probably 16th century scribbles and pen-trials on fols. Av-Br, 'Cantate domino', 'Comp- ... trois [...] receu a maistre', 'Tong' (twice). MS 2379, formerly the contents of a tin box also containing the papers of E E. Eeles, was assembled in part from binding fragments from books in Aberdeen University Library.
