Copied by Cornelius Freundt (ca. 1535-91), cantor at Church of St. Mary, Zwickau (VollBM); see general index for other manuscripts copied by the same scribe. Staff height 15. No decorative initials; text incipits and voice designations in red ink.

Last third of 16th century. Copied in Zwickau, for use at Church of St. Mary.
