Second half of 16th century. Perhaps copied in Brieg(= Brzeg). Formerly owned by Gymnasial-Bibliothek in Brieg; transferred to Breslau Universitäts-Bibliothek in 1890. Apparently lost or destroyed during or after World War II; above description and summary of contents derived from KuhnB.
