General Description

A Quintus partbook from an incomplete set, consisting of the prints RISM VI115, K989, and D3522, with manuscript additions. Copied by one main scribe, with slightly later additions by a different hand. Copied in Olkusz, for use at Church of St. Andrew (inscription at beginning of print section: 'Pro usu Ecclesiae Ilcusiensis Sancii Andreae …').
