Subsequently acquired by the music historian and journalist Aleksander Poliński (1845-1916); passed to Biblioteka Narodowa, Warsaw, after Poliński's death. Lost or destroyed c. 1944.

Last quarter of 15th century (AMP). Of Polish origin; perhaps copied in Kujawy region (AMP). Later used in binding of incunabulum owned by seminary library in Włocławek. Subsequently acquired by the music historian and journalist Aleksander Poliński (1845-1916); passed to Biblioteka Narodowa, Warsaw, after Poliński's death. Lost or destroyed ca. 1944.
