iii + 264 + ii paper folios, 160 x 105. Modern pencil foliation, 1-263 ("221" omitted; "238" and "250," respectively, applied to two consecutive folios). Modern covers of mottled black-green paper over pasteboard, gold stamped with "MISCELLA / THEOLOGICA." Polyphony on ff. 119-121' and ff. 238-238[a]', copied by one or two scribes. No initials or decoration. Water-mark: crown (only portions visible).

Ca. 1521-5 (dates in manuscript). Possibly copied in Vienna (RoseMF). Once in library of University of Vienna; in imperial library since 1756.
