Copied by a single scribe. Staff height 23. No initials or decoration. Watermark: anchor in circle surmounted by six-pointed star (not in Briquet).

Second quarter of 16th century. Probably copied in Rome, perhaps for use at Church of Santa Maria Maggiore.
