Modern pencil foliation, 1-25, on lower center rectos. Original covers of dark cream-colored parchment over boards, tooled in gold with arms of Pope Alexander VII; two cloth ties. No index. Copied by Bartholomaeus Belleschus (inscription on title page). Inked initials in plain block style. Watermark: kneeling man with cross.
