Copied by two (or possibly three or four) main scribes, who also wrote portions of TrevBC 7, 8, 9, 10, 11b, 13, 14, 16, 19, and several other TrevBC manuscripts; later additions by two different scribes. Copied in Treviso, for use by cathedral choir.
