*Missa Peccata mea (ff. 44'-57) attributed to "Jachet da Mantova" on f. 44'; incorrectly attributed to "Jo: Moton" in index, probably due to confusion with Mouton motet on which this Mass is based.

i + 99 + i paper folios, 498 x 365. Some folios damaged by ink corrosion, but most music still legible. Modern pencil foliation, 1-99. Original covers of parchment over cardboard. Original index on f. 1 lists Masses in order of appearance. Copied by one or two scribes, who also wrote portions of TrevBC 7, 8, 9, 10, 11b, 13, 19, 22, and several other TrevBC manuscripts not within scope of this catalogue. Staff height 23. Inked calligraphic initials.
