Modern pencil and ink foliation on lower center rectos, 4-103 (some numbers now missing due to frayed margins; ff. 1-3 missing). No covers remain, but binding still intact. No index. Copied by a single scribe. Staff height 25. Inked initials, in calligraphic and plain block styles.

Second half of 16th century. Probably copied in Tarazona, for use by cathedral choir.
