Original ink foliation on upper right rectos, i-cl, beginning on fourth folio (ff. xi-xiii and ff. lxxxxii-lxxxxiii torn out; "xxvi" applied to two consecutive folios; one folio preceding f. lxxxxiiii and one folio following f. cxvii unnumbered). Modern pencil foliation, 1-151, on lower right rectos. Original covers of brown leather over wooden boards, in poor condition; remnants of buckles. Original index of Masses on new f. 2 (grouped by number of voices); original index of other pieces on new f. 1 (in order of appearance). Copied by three scribes (new ff. 3'-30, 31-33, 33-151 respectively). Staff height 23. Black or red inked initials in plain block, Gothic, and calli-graphic styles; some red headings.
Late 16th century. Copied in Tarazona, for use by cathedral choir.
