Modern foliation, 1-219 (ff. 2-7, 176, 179, 220 now missing). Original covers of tooled leather over pasteboard, repaired in 1938. Original index on f. 1 lists Masses in order of appearance. Copied by Nikolaus Peuschel (GottH); see general index for other manuscripts copied by the same scribe. No initials or decoration.
