Copied by a single scribe. Probably copied in Munich (GottH); later sent to Stuttgart for use by court chapel of Christoph, Duke of Württemberg (1515-68), or his successor Ludwig (1554-93). Manuscript listed in 1589 inventory of items owned by ducal chapel. Originally 122 folios.

Original covers of tooled leather over pasteboard. No index remains. Copied by a single scribe. Large red inked initials, in plain block style.
