RISM B/IV 5: XVIe s. 72 ff. Papier, 143 x 210 mm. Foliotation moderne au bas des ff. Notation mesurée blanche. 5 portées par p. Initiales ornées en noir et jaune. Reliure cuir moderne. «Opera dannegiata dall' alluvione di Firenze 4 nov. 1966.»
Entré comme les précédents en 1885 à la Bibl. del Conservatorio avec le don Basevi, ce ms. a été copié par un seul scribe dont l'écriture rappelle celle du copiste de certains ff. du Ms. 2267 de Milan, l'un des quatre libroni constitués pour la cathédrale de Milan sous la direction de Franchino Gaffurio, ca. 1500. Fc 2441 ne serait donc pas d'origine florentine, comme on le pense quelquefois (StaehelinEF, 75), mais aurait été compilé à Milan et représenterait ainsi la seule source de musique profane milanaise qui nous soit parvenue (Rifkin). En tout cas, le répertoire ne présente aucun rapport avec la culture florentine et la presque totalité des concordances s'établissent avec des éditions de Petrucci de la première décennie du siècle.
