Blank staves only on f. 76, f. 77', and last 18 folios. Original covers of cardboard covered with parchment cut from chant manuscript. Original index on front flyleaves groups pieces alphabetically by first letter of text, with subgrouping under each letter by order of appearance (some inconsistencies).
Copied by one main scribe and five additional scribes; scribal concordances with PiacD (1), (2), (3), and (5). Staff height 11. A few inked calligraphic initials; no other decoration. Watermarks: (1) ox head with five-petalled flower (not in Briquet); (2) generally resembles Briquet #6603; (3) anchor in circle with six-pointed star (not in Briquet); (4) Briquet #3408. First three marks also appear in PiacD (5), first two in PiacD (3).
