33 parchment folios, 370 x 275. Modern pencil foliation, 1-33. Monophonic contents in square chant notation on red 5-line staves; polyphony (ff. 23'-30) in white mensural notation (tenor of one piece in square chant notation). Copied by a single scribe, possibly "Garssias Ximenez de Alfaro," whose name appears in banner on f. 1. Inked Gothic colored initials, some decorated with vine/floral motifs. Last section of litany ("Mortem autem crucis") copied in red ink.

Late 15th-early 16th century. Copied in Spain; probably of monastic origin (GasBC).
