14./15. Jh.; 231 Blätter Pergament, 85 x 60 mm. Originale Foliierung von f. 1-231. Je Seite meist 4 rote Vierliniensysteme mit Quadratnotation - Einband: jüngerer Lederband mit Messingschließen.
Diese Handschrift franziskanisch-monastischer Herkunft stellt eine Verbindung von Hymnar und Cantorinus dar. Sie wurde vermutlich um 1400 in Italien geschrieben. Auf f. 1v steht "Ex libris Petri Drazzi".
Inhalt: 1. Teil der Handschrift: Hymnar (42 Hymnen); 2. Teil: Cantorinus (Totenmesse, Lektions- und Psalmtöne, Marianische Antiphonen und ähnlich).
