Apparently the only surviving remnants of a chansonnier disassembled and used as binding material in early 16th century. Some pieces in black mensural notation with black void coloration, apparently copied by a single scribe; remaining pieces (probably later additions) copied in white mensural notation by a different scribe. Presumably copied in France. Recovered from binding of book printed in Paris in 1509 by J. Petit.
