General Description

Copied by one main scribe and six additional scribes. Copied in northern Italy; probably of monastic origin. Acquired by Bortolo Giupponi from Padre Tomaso Martinelli; given in 1658 to 'Padre Basilio' for deposit at San Spirito Franciscan monastery in Feltre (inscription on f. 1). Later became part of Santa Barbara collection in Mantua; further on latter under MilC 12.

87 paper folios, 430 x 280. New pencil foliation, 1-87 (one original folio missing between ff. 69/70; another missing between ff. 74/75). Original covers of dark brown tooled leather on cardboard. No index. Copied by one main scribe and six additional scribes. Small inked initials, some in calligraphic style, several decorated with human faces.
