Discantus part for lauda 'Hora mai sono in età' on f. 187. First flyleaf glued to front cover; last flyleaf glued to back cover. Entire manuscript, including music, copied by Girolamo Savonarola (1452-98). Copied in Florence.

ii parchment + 184 paper + ii parchment folios, 138 x 105. First flyleaf glued to front cover; last flyleaf glued to back cover. Modern pencil foliation, 1-187, beginning with second parchment folio. Original leather covers, with ties. Discantus part for lauda "Hora mai sono in età" on f. 187. Entire manuscript, including music, copied by Domenico Savonarola (1452-98). No decoration.

1483-5 (CattPS). Copied in Florence. Entered Biblioteca Ambrosiana in 1885.

Vol 4

References to "Domenico Savonarola" should be changed to "Girolamo Savonarola."
