General Description

The main scribe was Johannes Parvus (Mitchell Brauner); three 'Amen' settings (ff. 3'-4, 16'-17, [60]) added later by a second scribe. Copied in Rome; probably commissioned by the Seminario di San Martino in Lucca.

Original covers of cream-colored parchment over cardboard, with inscription: "Hinni Labro [sic] 2°." No index. The main scribe was Johannes Parvus (Mitchell Brauner; see general index for other manuscripts copied by the same scribe); three "Amen" settings (ff. 3'-4, 16'-17, [60]) added later by a second scribe. Inked calligraphic initials. Watermark resembles Briquet #1131. Inscription on front flyleaf: "Del Seminario di S. Martino."
