Copied in London, possibly for use in Lambeth Palace chapel services, restarted by Archbishop William Laud in 1633, or for use in Chapel Royal (MorehS). Donated to Lambeth Palace Library in early 18th century by Archbishop Thomas Tenison (1636-1715).

General Description
Binding
Original covers of dark brown leather on wooden boards, gold-stamped with flowers and fleurs-de-lis. Folios are gilt-edged.
Watermark
Two watermarks, neither in Briquet or Heawood: (1) four-leaf clover with stem; (2) crown? (mostly cut off) surmounted by fleur-de-lis and four-petalled leaf.
