Original covers of brown leather over cardboard, stamped with floral and fleur-de-lis designs. No index. Copied by one main scribe and seven additional scribes. Staff height 23. Space left for decorative initials, but only a few plain inked initials actually inscribed. Watermarks: (1) anchor in circle surmounted by six-pointed star (not in Briquet); (2) flower with four petals (not in Briquet).

Early 16th century. Probably of south German or Austrian origin.
