Anonymous polyphony (ff. 31-32 and 33-33) copied by a single scribe in a liturgical MS of ii + i + 36 + vii paper folios. Copied at Cistercian monastery in Vyšší Brod (= Hohenfurth).

ii + i + 36 + vii paper folios, 208 x 144. New pencil foliation, 1-36. Rebound in modern covers of brown leather over wooden boards. No index. Polyphony on ff. 31-32 and 33-33', copied in white mensural notation by a single scribe. Simple red inked initials in main corpus; no initials or decoration on folios with polyphony.

Early 15th century. Copied at Cistercian monastery in Vyšší Brod (= Hohenfurth).
