Three folios contain monophonic music in chant notation; fourth folio, also copied in chant notation, contains unidentified à2 motet in quasi-score format. Inked Gothic initials.

Early 15th century (RoseE). Copied in Klosterneuburg (RoseE); originally owned by Heinrich von Heiligenstadt (RoseE).
