4 paper partbooks, each consisting of the print RISM K2968 (unique exemplar), with manuscript additions at end of each book (DAB-37 folios each, T-40), 4°. No foliation or pagination. Main layer has original ink numbering of pieces, 1-66. Original covers, inscribed with date 1560. No index. Main layer copied by one principal scribe (= Paul Kugelmann?) and one additional scribe; second layer copied by different, slightly later hand. No initials or decoration.
Ca. 1558-60 (print dated 1558; dates from 1558 to 1560 in main layer of manuscript additions). Probably copied in Königsberg, for use at court of Duke Albert of Prussia. Early owner apparently Heinrici Botticheri, named in inscription at beginning of each book. Later owned by a Dr. Niewohner; given to present library in 1912.
