A single folio used as a cover for a household account book of the Florio family in the year 1535. (This volume is now in the Archivio di Stato at Udine.) The script is of French Gothic type. The first motet is a well-known one dating from the beginning of the 14th century, but the second is a unicum.

The MS was cut away at the lower and what may be considered as the right margin. (It is difficult to be sure which side was the original recto.)
