Part I and most of Part II copied by a single scribe, probably Gaspar Fernandes, chapelmaster and organist at Guatemala Cathedral 1599-1606, and at Puebla Cathedral 1606-29; same scribe also wrote GuatC 4, PueblaC 1, and ff. 37'-39' of PueblaC 2. Later additions in Part II by several other scribes. Copied in Guatemala City, for use by cathedral choir.
