Pieces on 87v-90, 90v–94 are Ave regina caelourm, not Salve regina; and the 'five antiphons' listed for 94v-103 in fact comprise three anonymous settings of Alma redemptoris mater, one at 94v-98r, another on 98v-101r, and another at 101v-103r

Anonmous Ave Maria (6vv) on 151v-155r actually finishes on 154r (two blank pages follow). And the Ave Maria (6vv) by Handl (Gallus) on 155v-158r actually finishes on 157r (followed by two blank pages).

Ave Maria by Handl (Gallus) on 142v-143r (not extending to 145r) is also ascribed to Valentin Judex on 50v-52 of D-Mbs Mus. MS 89 (also occurs anonymously in natural clefs in D-Mbs 2 Mus.pr. 23#Beibd.1). Ascription to Victoria is only found in the edition by Proske, though following an erroneous ascription in Regensburg. Additional item on 143v-144r: Ave gratia plena, anonymous in source, but by Cornelis Verdonck.
