Blank folios, or blank staves only: 1, 24'-29', 36'-38, 45'-47', 51'-52, 53'-55', 66', 86', 105'-106', 125'-127, 136'-137, 145'-149, 152'-153, 156'. No index. Copied by several scribes. No initials or decoration.
