The condition of the manuscript was too poor to permit examination (Crawford, 1972). Copied by Gianpiero Masacone, who also copied FlorD 11, 27, and 28; he also may have copied BolC Q21 and ChiN M91.
Date 1563 on f. 28. Copied in Florence; the scribe was connected with the Medici court and church of San Lorenzo during the middle decades of the 16th century.
