1 paper partbook, consisting of the print RISM 1545/5, plus manuscript additions (D-40 folios), 155 x 200. New pencil foliation. Rebound, with leather spine and corners. Copied by several scribes, one of whom was Johann Frisch (inscription on f. 29: "Scripsit hoc Johannes Frisch manus Norimberg Anno 1610. 9 November"); another one of the scribes also appears in BudOS 24 (Fox). Portions of BudOS 8 were probably copied from BudOS PI (MurIO). Small ornamented initials (one red); one red rubric.
Part I: After 1555; Part II: 1610; Part III: After 1611 (MurTVB). Part II was copied in Nuremberg. From the Church of St. Aegidi in Bartfa {= Bartfeld = Bardejov). Brought to the National Library in Budapest in 1915.
