No pagination or foliation. Original covers of crude brown leather, perhaps deerskin, with some hair remaining, secured by four leather thongs at spine. No index.

Late 16th century. Copied at San Mateo Ixtatán, Guatemala. Purchased by Indiana University in 1969 from Lathrop C. Harper, New York.
