1 paper partbook (T-29 folios), 145 x 197. New pencil pagination, 1-58; original numbering of pieces, 7-33 (added in pencil: 1-6, 10, 10a, 10b). Rebound in cardboard covers. Several hands.

Dates in manuscript: 1543, 1547, 1552.
