General Description

The main part of the manuscript (ff. 1-225) is one of the 'Lindner choirbooks,' copied after 1576 in Nuremberg, by or under the direction of the cantor, Friedrich Lindner, for use of the Church of St. Aegidi. The last two Masses were probably copied about ten years earlier, then included with ff. 1-225 when the manuscript was bound.

Copied mostly by Friedrich Lindner, who also wrote NurGN 8820B, NurLA 28, NurLA 33, NurLA 224
