XVIe s. (1539) 188ff., papier, 608X455 mm. Foliotation ancienne en ch. arabes en haut des ff. Les ff. 98v—99 [97v—98] sont blancs. 10 portées par p. Aux ff. lv-2, miniatures avec les armes de la Cappella Giulia et de ses fondateurs les Della Rovere, celles de Jules II, d'Alessandro Ruffini, préfet de la chapelle, et celles inachevées de Paul III. Grandes initiales ornées à la plume. Reliure du XVIe s. en cuir estampé, fermoirs cuivre, dos refait.

Ms. copié par Giovanni Parvo qui, le 8 novembre 1539, reçoit 29 scudi pour un livre de Magnificat, dont 8 de Constantio Festa et 8 de Carpentras, ce qui correspond exactement au contenu de ce ms. (Cf. Bibliographie).
