Outre le motet musical, le ms. contient: f. 1—99v, Lettres du Cardinal Eneas Silvius Piccolomini, futur pape Pie II; f. 100, «Index nominorum»; f. 102v-103v, Poésies latines. - Portant en titre: «Aeneas Cardinalis Senensis epistolae», la copie n'a pu être exécutée qu'entre 1456, date de la nomination d'Eneas au titre de cardinal, et 1458, date de son accession à la papauté, le motet étant une adjonction postérieure.
