XVIe s. (1545), 151ff. Papier, 550 x 410 mm. Foliotation ancienne en ch. romains 1-149 ne tenant pas compte des 2 ff. limin. n. ch. et une foliotation moderne en ch. arabes 1-151. Les 2 ff.limin. et le f. 149v sont blancs. Notation mesurée blanche. 10 portées par p. Au f. 1: Tabula. Initiales ornées à la plume. Reliure du XVIIIe s.

Ms. copié par Johannes Parvus sous le pontificat de Paul III, en 1545 comme on le lit au f. 98 [100]: «Jo. Parvus scripsit 1545.» Une certaine partie du répertoire est cependant plus ancienne, comme le motet d'Isaac (no 13) qui a probablement été exécuté à Constance le 15 août 1507 (Dunning, 41).
