The Fritz Feldmann book is the primary study for the Kyrie. It includes a transcription of the Kyrie made from before the manuscript was mutilated and therefore is a sort of primary source in itself. (the relevant pages are available on Google Books). The Kloss catalogue concerns the (now mostly pillaged) initial letters and other art in the manuscript. I can find no trace of the Colla iugo/Bona piece in any index -- is it possible that this has been confused with Wrocław Ak 1955 (DIAMM Source 661) which does contain the motet and was previously cataloged as I.Q.411 (same except Q[uarto] for F[olio])?
