RISM BIV/4: 13./14. Jh.; 86 Blätter Pergament, 480 x 325 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-86 sowie einige fragmentarisch erhaltene Blätter bis f. 126. Je Seite meist 11 Vierliniensysteme mit gotischer Choralnotation - Einband: 17. Jh.; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Blindpressung.

Diese Handschrift ist ein vermutlich aus S. Maria in Kamenz stammendes Graduale aus der 2. Hälfte des 13. Jh.; das im Incipitverzeichnis erwähnte Stück ist ein Nachtrag des 14./15. Jh.

[Translation] 13-14th Century, 86 parchment sheets, 480 x 325 mm. Modern foliation of f. 1-86, as well as some fragmentary preserved leaves to f. 126. Each page usually contains 11 four-line staves with gothic chant notation. Binding: 17th Century, with white leather covered wooden board, blind pressing.

This manuscript, probably from S. Maria in Kamenz, is a Graduale originating from the second half of the 13th Century; the piece mentioned in the Incipit list is an addendum of the 14th-15th Century.]
