RISM BIV/4: 15. Jh.; 287 Blätter Pergament + je 1 eingeklebtes Vorsatz- und Nachstoßblatt, 160 x 120 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-287. Je Seite meist 6 Vierliniensysteme mit grober gotischer Choralnotation - Einband: mit Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Blindpressung, 2 Schließen.

Diese Handschrift ist ein Antiphonar des 15. Jh. aus dem Dome von Glogau (Glogów). Sie befand sich früher in der Bibliothek des Kollegiatsstiftes von Glogau.

[Translation] 15th Century; 287 parchment sheets + 1 pasted front flyleaf and 1 back flyleaf, 160 x 120 mm. Modern foliation of f. 1-287. Each page usually contains 6 four-line staves with rudimentary gothic chant notation - Binding: wood with leather covers, blind stamped, 2 clasps.
