I-CXIII (ab Faszikel B - f. 22 des Hauptcorpus); keine moderne Foliierung Je Seite meist 12 Vierliniensysteme mit gotischer Choralnotation - Einband: mit Leder überzogener Karton, Beschläge.
Diese aus dem Gymnasium Brieg (Brzeg) stammende Handschrift des späten 14. oder frühen 15. Jh. ist ab f. I (= moderne f. 22) ein Graduale (Temporale, Sanctorale, Sequentiar), dem 2 Faszikel mit Kyriale und Weihnachtsoffizien vorangestellt sind.
