RISM BIV/4: 15./18. Jh.; 163 Blätter Papier, 362 x 285 mm. Moderne Pag. von p. 1-325. Von p. 85-282 je Seite meist 7 rote Fünfliniensysteme mit gotischer Choralnotation, zum Teil mit Quadratnoten gemischt. - Einband: 18. Jh.; Pappdeckel mit Lederrücken.

Diese in ihrem Hauptcorpus um 1500 geschriebene Handschrift ist ein Passionale aus Krakau. Sie enthält Passionen und Genealogien. Vor p. 85 und nach p. 282 finden sich jüngere, bis ins 18. Jh. hinaufreichende Teile.
