Je Seite bis zu 11 Vier- oder Fünfliniensysteme mit gotischer Choralnotation und ausnahmsweise deutscher choral-mensuraler Mischnotation sowie auf f. 75v weißer Mensuralnotation - Einband: 16. Jh.; stark beschädigt, mit Leder überzogene Holzdeckel.
Diese Handschrift ist ein Lektionar, das vermutlich im frühen 16. Jh. und sicherlich in Zwickau geschrieben worden ist.
