RISM BIV/3: 15. Jh.; 180 Blätter Papier, 285 x 205 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-180. Je Seite 8 schwarze Fünfliniensysteme mit gotischer Choralnotation - Einband: mit braunem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel (restauriert); Blindpressung.

Diese aus dem Benediktinerkloster St. Blasien im Schwarzwald stammende Handschrift des 15. Jh. enthält von f. 1-55 Antiphonen, Lektionen und eine unvollständige Matthäuspassion; ab f. 56 eine Predigtsammlung.
