RISM BIV/3: 16. Jh.; 282 Blätter Pergament, 610 x 375 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-282. Je Seite bis zu 12 rote Fünflinien-systeme mit böhmischer Choralnotation, schwarzer und ganz vereinzelt weißer Mensuralnotation. - Einband: 2. Hälfte 16. Jh.; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, schwere Beschläge.
Dieses neu-utraquistische Kantionale wurde um 1560 vielleicht in der Werkstatt J. Táborskys (vergleiche CS-TE A) für eine Teplitzer Literatenbruderschaft angefertigt. Auf f. 193v findet sich die Abbildung eines Stifters (oder Schreibers ?) mit der Inschrift „Simon Wodniansky, Pisarz Teplicky".
Inhalt: Ausschließlich tschech. Kantionen, insbesondere für die Advents- und Weihnachtszeit, sowie einzelne Motetten.
