RISM Description
RISM BIV/3: 16. Jh.; 515 Blätter Papier (3 Pergament), 460 x 310 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-513 (2 Blätter nicht foliiert). Je Seite 8 rote Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmische Choralnotation, schwarzer und vereinzelt weißer Mensuralnotation - Einband: 16. Jh.; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Blindpressung.
Diese Handschrift ist ein böhmisches Graduale, das 1574 (vergleiche f. 511v) für die Gesangsbruderschaft der Fleischer der Prager Neustadt geschrieben worden ist (vergleiche CS-Pu XVII A 31/32). Nachträge sind mit 1588 (f. 156v) und 1595 (f. 6v) datiert. Von 1733 an befand sich die Handschrift in der Prager Jesuitenbibliothek, und vom späten 18. Jh. an in der Universitätsbibliothek.
Inhalt: Alle Texte sind tschech.: Proprium und Ordinarium missae (darunter zahlreiche Rorate-Gesänge). Die Blätte zwischen f. 357 und 358, welche wohl ursprünglich die Hus-Gesänge enthalten haben, sind herausgeschnitten.
